If this is for solo consultants, why do some plans offer more than one user?
Some people have a virtual assistant help. Some people give access to a business coach or partner. Some people end up with staff. And some people just like want to grow their practice but keep using Mimiran.
What happens if I go over the limits on the Starter plan?
You’ll get a warning and get asked to upgrade or remove records.
How long is the free trial?
Who owns the data in my account?
You do. You can export contacts, deal data, and PDF versions of proposals if you need to.
Why isn't Mimiran more expensive?
Yes, there’s a lot of power here, and assembling a similar solution would probably be much more expensive, but the idea is to transform how small professional services businesses work and help as many people as possible.
Why is Mimiran so expensive?
Mimiran aims to be the best way to get you more clients. If you can get one incremental client, the investment pays for itself many times over. If not, it’s not worth your time, anyway.
Compared to traditional CRMs, Mimiran is in the middle of the pricing pack, but you also get online lead conversion, proposal automation, and e-signature, solutions that can add up quickly.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Cancel anytime. You are responsible for the last month’s payment.
You can get 2 months free with an annual plan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
On an annual plan, you can also use bank transfer or check, just make sure you pay on time to avoid late charges.
Can I adjust my plan after I sign up?
Of course. You can upgrade, downgrade, add or remove users as needed.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All account access is protected with the same SSL security that your banks use. Your payment information is encrypted when you submit it, and is not stored on Mimiran’s servers.
Can I quote in currencies other than USD?
Yes, you can quote in $, EUR, GBP, Rupees, Yuan, Yen, or Sheqels. Need another currency? Just contact support.
What are the limitations on the trial?
Trial accounts function just as paid accounts do– no watermarks or other limitations, except time. (There used to be a longer trial, but it seemed people would just wait until the end, anyway.)
Can I get help setting up?
Of course. The hardest part is getting started. That’s one reason to set up a call. First, we want to know if we have a good fit. Second, we want to know what needs to happen for you to be successful. While you have access and control over your account, it’s often much easier to have Mimiran do the setup for you.
Can I import existing contacts?
Yes, you can import contacts from your current CRM, LinkedIn, or other systems.
How does the guarantee work?
When we got on a call, we’ll define what it means to be successful, what Mimiran needs to do for you, and what you need to do. If you do your part and Mimiran doesn’t help, you get your money back. It’s pretty simple.
How does Mimiran integrate with my website?
If that answer sounds like techno-jargon to you, don’t worry, it’s straightforward and you can get help. Unless your website runs on Wix. (Yet another reason not to run on Wix.)
